What is UNITRACC?

UNITRACC is North America’s 1st e-Learning Platform for pipeline construction, renewal and maintenance. With a UNITRACC subscription you gain access to modules, videos, e-books and much more.

 

How do I purchase a UNITRACC subscription?

1. Visit the Pricing page on www.cattunitracc.ca
2. Select a subscription category and plan length
3. Fill out the registration form and select the payment options - payments are due in full at the date of subsription
4. An access code will be emailed to you in 2-3 business days!

 

How long after registration and payment will I receive my Access Code?

You should receive your access code in 2-3 business days after registration and payment. If you have any issues accessing your account after this time please contact the customer support: catt.unitracc@uwaterloo.ca

 

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your account within 14 days following subscription and payment and prior to any access to the UNITRACC portal. Please contact the customer support team directly to request a refund. No refunds will be issued once you have activated your acccount and accessed the UNITRACC portal.

How can I add the 10 users for the Teams Subscription plan?

Once you have registered your information and payment has been confirmed, you will be sent a corporate registration form for your completion. Simply add your team members contact information, send the form back to us, and their accounts will be setup within 2-3 business days. If you need to change access to the service, please contact the customer support team directly.

 

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Please use the fuction 'Forgot password' in the login page and type in your username. Once you click "start password reset", the system will automatically send you an e-mail with a link to a page where you can enter a new password. If you do not receive this automated e-mail, then please check your spam folder or contact customer support.
