WABAG Ltd. receives order as consortium partner for Total Water Management of BOP package

VA Tech Wabag Limited, one of the leading Indian MNC in the field of water and water treatment, received an order for Total Water Management of Kakatiya and Rayalaseema Thermal Power Projects under Balance of Plants package as part of consortium. WABAG portion involves around INR 2900 million (Euro 47 million) for total water management.

The scope of the project includes raw water pre-treatment, demineralisation plant, circulating water system, cooling water chemical dosing system, cooling water treatment system, effluent treatment system and condensate polishing unit (CPU) for both locations and Recycling System for Rayalaseem Thermal Power Project location. The capacity of Kakatiya and Rayalaseema Thermal Power Projects is 600 MW each. The project would be implemented in the next 30 months.
