WasteTech mission as the gathering place for the solid waste & recycling community began in 1999 when Russia was in a financial crisis. Despite this WasteTech was set up and gathered the professional community to learn about the latest environmental products, equipment and services. By 2009 it became the first international waste & recycling event in Russia with industry-leading experts taking part in the content-rich conference program.

 

Russian markets of environmental technologies are developing despite today's recession and as proof WasteTech demonstrates a biennial growth of 30-50 % for the past 10 years. WasteTech history of success is unique and proves not only the fact of dynamic development of the environmental technologies in Russia but promises lot of potential in the near future.
