The 4th International Conference Exhibition and Technology Show "Engineering 2006" takes place on the 7th – 9th June 2006 in Niepołomice near Kraków, Poland.

Up until now the conference was held in Tomaszowice. This year, in its new broadened form, it will take place in the grounds of the beautiful Royal Castle in Niepołomice near Kraków, Poland.
The Conference covers the subjects of trenchless engineering, no-dig construction and geoengineering – the construction of tunnels, bridges and roads, in a new, broadened form of:
The conference will start on the Wednesday afternoon of the 7th June with a general session. In the evening there will be a barbecue in Queen Bona’s Gardens.
During the next two days the sessions will run in two conference rooms simultaneously:
Room 1
networks inspection and monitoring
networks rehabilitation
pipes in trenchless technology
HDD
cables in city underground infrastructure
pipe jacking and microtunnelling
Room 2:
tunnelling
underground construction
geoengineering
bridges
hydro-technical construction
In order to make sure that the knowledge is disseminated regardless of the participants' native language, most of the lectures will be interpreted and given both in Polish and English. It will enable all the guests to fully participate in the conference. On Thursday night, during the Old Polish Style Gala Dinner, TYTAN 2006 Awards will be granted.
The prize-winners will be chosen by a jury selected from companies nominated by the Inzyneria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o. o.
For the whole three days the conference will run along with the exhibition of companies and equipment and live technology shows. The castle's beautiful courtyard is designed for the exhibitors' use as well as the castle ancient rooms.
The heavy equipment and machines will be displayed at the castle car park, where the technology shows will be held too. The closing ceremony of the conference will take place on Friday afternoon. Later on the guests will have a chance to take a tour of Kraków and its ancient sites.
