Relineeurope nimmt weitere Alphaliner-Produktionslinie in Betrieb

Kapazitäten für die Alphaliner-Produktion am Standort Rohrbach ausgebaut
Um die hohe internationale Nachfrage nach dem UV-lichthärtenden GFK-Schlauchliner Alphaliner zu bedienen, hat RELINEEUROPE mit der Installation einer weiteren Produktionslinie für kleine Durchmesser bis DN600 die Produktionskapazitäten am Standort Rohrbach in der Südpfalz ausgebaut. Mit dieser Investition soll die bisherige Lieferzuverlässigkeit gesichert werden. Der erste Alphaliner, der am 21. Oktober auf der neuen Anlage produziert wurde, hatte bei einer Nennweite von DN 300 eine Länge von 106 Metern und eine Verbunddicke von 3,7 mm. Der Schlauchliner wurde an die Firma Hamers Leidingtechniek BV in den Niederlanden ausgeliefert.
Alphaliner werden in einer kontinuierlichen Endlosfertigung bis ca. 300 Metern Einzellänge produziert. Mit vorimprägnierten Glasfaserbändern werden Schlauchliner für Kreis- Ei- und Sonderprofile mit Durchmessern von DN150 bis DN1300 zu einem nahtlosen Schlauch gewickelt. Eine weitere Ergänzung ist für den Jahreswechsel 2015/16 geplant. Zu dieser Zeit wird eine der bestehenden Produktionslinien umgebaut, sodass Alphaliner in einem nächsten Schritt bis zum Durchmesser DN1500 hergestellt werden können. Zeitlich parallel wird die UV-Aushärtetechnik auf die großen Durchmesser bis DN1500 angepasst.
