Neuer kabelloser Flachdetektor für Korrosions- und Erosionsinspektionen

Der neue DRC 3643 NDT komplettiert die DÜRR NDT DRC-Produktpalette robuster Flachdetektoren für die industrielle digitale Radiographie.
Durch seine Mobilität und die große aktive Fläche von 36 x 43 cm eignet sich dieser Detektor besonders gut für Korrosions- und Erosionsprüfungen an Rohrleitungen gem. DIN EN ISO 20769. Mit einem Pixelabstand von 140 μm bietet der DRC 3643 NDT eine optimale Balance zwischen feinem Auflösungsvermögen und guter Empfindlichkeit für alle gängigen ZfP-Anwendungen, wie die Schweißnahtprüfung gemäß DIN EN ISO 17636-2 oder die Gussprüfung nach DIN EN 12681. Selbstverständlich kann der Detektor auch in anderen Bereichen der Röntgenprüfung, wie Betoninspektionen im Brückenbau, Prüfungen an Kunst- und Archäologieobjekten sowie Schadensanalysen an Bauteilen und Gebäuden eingesetzt werden. Der DRC 3643 NDT kann sowohl mit Röntgen- als auch mit Gammaquellen verwendet werden und ist dank seiner integrierten Abschirmung für Energien bis zu 350 kV geeignet.
Auf Langlebigkeit ausgelegt, verfügt der Detektor über ein staub- und wasserdichtes Aluminiumgehäuse, das selbst in der rauesten Umgebung eine zuverlässige Funktion gewährleistet. Der TFT-Sensor kommt komplett ohne Glas aus, dies sorgt für einen zusätzlichen Schutz vor Beschädigungen, z.B. durch Herabfallen des Detektors. Trotz seiner Größe und Robustheit wiegt der Detektor lediglich 6,6 kg, dadurch lässt er sich problemlos tragen und positionieren. Im kabellosen Betrieb ermöglicht die Hot-Swap-Funktion den Batteriewechsel bei laufendem Gerät, dies spart Zeit, da kein Neustart nötig ist. Die Datenübertragung erfolgt per WLAN, hier sorgen zwei aufschraubbare Antennen für eine hohe Reichweite sowie stabile Verbindung. Alternativ kann die Datenübertragung und Stromversorgung natürlich auch per Kabel erfolgen.
Wie alle Detektoren von DÜRR NDT, wird der DRC 3643 NDT mit der neusten Generation der bewährten Röntgeninspektionssoftware D-Tect X betrieben. Leistungsstarke und intelligente Werkzeuge, wie zum Beispiel Wanddickenanalyse oder Bildoptimierungsfilter, erleichtern die Bildauswertung und sorgen für ein effizientes Arbeiten.
