BRAWO® SYSTEMS verlängert und erweitert seine DIBt Zulassung für den erdverlegten Bereich

BRAWO® SYSTEMS hat das vom Deutschen Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt) vorgegebene umfangreiche Prüfprogramm erfolgreich absolviert und seine Zulassung für den erdverlegten Bereich erweitert.
Integration des BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 200-300
Der zugelassene Nennweitenbereich wurde um den BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 200 – 300 erweitert. Der 2021 vorgestellte Liner ergänzt die Produktlinie der 3D-Liner. Somit können alle Nennweiten von DN 50 – DN 400 mit dem BRAWOLINER® 3D bedient werden, auch bei Dimensionssprüngen im Leitungsverlauf. Der BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 200 – 300 ist kompatibel mit den Harzsystemen BRAWO® I – III und wurde auch für den Einsatz mit diesen geprüft und zugelassen. Die Härtung kann mit Dampf, Warmwasser und Umgebungstemperatur erfolgen.
Verwendung des BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 300-400 in Kombination mit BRAWO® III
Der bereits 2020 geprüfte und zugelassene BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 300-400 ist nun noch flexibler im erdverlegten Bereich einsetzbar. Für die Verwendung des BRAWOLINER® 3D DN 300-400 in Kombination mit dem Harz BRAWO® III wurde das Prüfverfahren erfolgreich absolviert. Somit ist der Liner für drei Harzsysteme zugelassen: BRAWO® AC, BRAWO® TC und BRAWO® III. Die Härtung des Harzes kann mit Dampf, Warmwasser und Umgebungstemperatur erfolgen.
Integration der Härtevariante Dampf.
Die Härtung mit Dampf ist neuer Bestandteil der DIBT-Zulassung im erdverlegten Bereich. Hierfür wird mit den zugelassenen Linern und Harzen kombiniert. Das gewährt mehr Flexibilität bei der Sanierung.Das Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt) vergibt im Jahr rund 3.300 nationale bauaufsichtliche Zulassungen für Bauprodukte und Bauarten. Die anspruchsvolle DIBt-Zertifizierung zeichnet die Eignung für den Sanierungseinsatz aus und gewährleistet durch regelmäßige Kontrollen durchgängig hohe Qualität. Die erweiterte Zulassung ist bis zum 1. Juni 2025 gültig.
