Stutzensanierung im Abwasserkanal: Nie mehr ohne DIBt-Zulassung

In der Schadenstatistik der Abwasserkanäle rangieren defekte Anschlussstutzen seit Jahrzehnten an der Spitze der Schadensbilder. Die Sanierung von Stutzen, nicht zuletzt die Anschlusseinbindung im Gefolge von Schlauchliner-Sanierungen blieb bislang ebenfalls ein notorisches Dauerproblem. Ausführungsmängel an dieser sensiblen Stelle haben unter anderem zur kritischen Diskussion um das Schlauchlining beigetragen. Nun macht der Sanierungsharz-Hersteller resinnovation, Rülzheim, dieses Thema zum Gegenstand seiner aktuellen Qualitätsoffensive: Harz4, das populäre Epoxydharzsystem für die Stutzensanierung, verfügt nun über eine DIBt-Zulassung, die in Verbindung mit dem Sanierungsroboter-System Pro Kasro gilt.
- Verwendung von Systemen mit unzureichender Haftzugfestigkeit
- Schrumpfung des Materials im Zuge der Aushärtung
- beides bedeutet: fortgesetzte Undichtigkeit des "neuen" Stutzens
- mangelhafte Beständigkeit gegen aggressive Abwässer
- völliger oder teilweiser Verlust des nicht sicher haftenden "neuen" Stutzens im Zuge nachfolgender Hochdruck-Spülvorgänge
