Site Sampling and Sample Data Sheet

The test sample must be taken in the presence of the representatives of the customer and the contractor. The date and place of taking the sample as well as the procedure for closing the sampling point must be agreed with the client. At least one representative test sample shall be taken for each renovated section and labelled as follows:

  • Site designation
  • Date the sample was collected
  • Manhole number
  • Section number
  • Signature of the representatives of the client and the contractor.

The sample data sheet ensures that all necessary material and site data are recorded. The authorized signatory representative of the contractor is required to examine the records regarding sample identification for completeness and accuracy and to confirm with a signature. The sample data sheet is completed on site by the customer and contractor after the sample is taken. The correctness of the data is confirmed by both contract parties with signatures. The original sample data sheet remains with the customer. The contractor receives a copy. An additional copy of the original is sent with the sample to the testing institute [IKT].
