Trenchless training modules at Trenchless Australasia 2009

This year, in conjunction with the 8th National ASTT Conference and Exhibition, the ASTT will be offering accessible trenchless training sessions led by distinguished representatives of the International Society of Trenchless Technology (ISTT).

As an addition to the Conference, the training modules will be held on Wednesday 23 September in the fields of horizontal directional drilling (HDD), pipe bursting, condition assessment and pressure pipe rehabilitation.

ISTT Chairman Dr Dec Downey will lead the training in condition assessment from 9:00am-12:30pm and pressure pipe rehabilitation 1:30pm-5:00pm. Vice Chairman of the ISTT Professor Sam Ariaratnam will lead a morning training session on HDD and an the afternoon session focusing on pipe bursting.
