Oldcastle Infrastructure is pleased to announce the acquisition of Valley Precast, Inc. Valley Precast manufacturers precast energy vaults, manholes and septic tanks in the greater Boise, Idaho market.
According to Forbes, Boise was the fastest growing metro area in the U.S.A. in 2017. Additionally, Valley Precast strengthens the position of Oldcastle Infrastructure, Nampa, as the leader in the Idaho water management market, expanding its energy products position and entry into the on-site wastewater segment.
John and Cindy Greiner, the owners of Valley Precast, bring with them a reputation for exceptional customer service and a deep knowledge of the on-site wastewater market.
Jared Farrow, Site Manager of the Oldcastle Infrastructure Nampa facility and Rick Jones, Area General Manager, Pacific Northwest Region, will work with John and Cindy to ensure a successful transition to Oldcastle Infrastructure, Nampa.
