Monroe Capital Supports J.F. Lehman & Company’s Acquisition of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC

Monroe Capital LLC announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC (“IPR”) by private equity sponsor, J.F. Lehman & Company.
Founded in 1973, IPR is a leading provider of trenchless pipe rehabilitation solutions and technology to the municipal wastewater and storm water markets.
The company’s technologies and services provide government customers with minimally disruptive and cost-effective solutions to manage aging and declining underground pipe infrastructure.
