Underground Construction Conference (London, UK)

The eyes of the global tunnelling industry are turning towards the UK in anticipation of some of the world's largest underground construction projects getting underway. Already some £20bn of tunnelling work can be foreseen with Crossrail, the massive Tideway Super Sewer, underground rail line extensions, Dublin DART project, and tunnels at the new nuclear power stations being started shortly.

 

In recognition of the interest that these projects will create, together we are pleased to announce the Underground Construction Conference and Exhibition in central London on 29th and 30th June 2011. The two-day Conference is being co-ordinated by the British Tunnelling Society, the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining, the International Tunnelling Association and the Pipe Jacking Association with support from many other professional bodies.
