P3C Media is excited to announce the 2019 program for the P3 Water Summit taking place April 23-24 in San Diego. The agenda includes over 30 P3 training sessions, roundtables, case studies, workshops, and more. The year’s Summit is designed to help public utilities and water managers plan and procure successful P3 initiatives, understand documentation, discover industry best practices in selecting and negotiating with prospective partners, and take steps to ensure project success.

Over two days, more than 100 leading practitioners will present firsthand observations of P3 Water projects of all sizes from around the country, and detail the P3 arrangements employed by agencies to develop and construct water systems. The agenda includes:

The P3 Water Summit is an opportunity to learn, discuss and share evolving concepts and state-of-the-art techniques in delivering water partnerships. The program features a broad range of topics focusing on how P3s are being used to improve service quality and system reliability, address deferred O&M, provide options for smaller communities, and economically deliver water projects of different sizes.

Individuals in attendance include water agency mangers from across the county; elected officials such as council members and commissioners; industry representatives including senior leaders, business development managers, directors representing water services providers; engineering, construction, and legal firms; infrastructure investment funds, financial and insurance companies, environmental consulting firms, and private water utilities.
