Innovative Technologies for Drainage and Sewerage Inspection and Trenchless Rehabilitation Works

The advanced technical solutions to repair and renew our deteriorating underground infrastructure with minimum disruption and destruction tp society and environment continues to increase rapidly. Structural integrity and hydraulic capacity are two key factors that must be evaluated when selecting appropriate solutions that will maximize the service life at the lowest life cycle cost. Selecting the appropriate solution requires a complete and accurate pipeline condition assessment. This workshop will focus on innovative inspection technologies for storm water and wastewater conveyance systems as well as innovative trenchless rehabilitation systems.

Objectives

This one-day workshop will provide the delegates with an understanding of how pipeline inspections are an essential component of being able to proactively manage drainage and sewerage assets. It will go beyond the importance of defect code classification and explain the how to correlate inspection data to an understanding of rates of deterioration and mechanisms of failure. The workshop will describe how to utilize pipeline condition assessment data to the selection of trenchless solutions. It will provide details on innovative trenchless repair and renewal technologies.
