enviroWater - International Conference and Exhibition on Water in the Environment

Water management with all its facets is a topic becoming more and more important on the political agenda as is evident, for example, from United Nations programs such as the UN Water for Life Decade 2005-2015. In order to successfully tackle water-related problems nowadays international collaborations are frequently required, not only on the political level but also for scientists, engineers, and economists. To address these issues, the Universities of Duisburg-Essen (D) and Stellenbosch (RSA) together with IWW Water Centre (D) organize an international conference and exhibition on water issues in March 2009 in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Aim of the enviroWater 2009 is to provide a forum for problem discussions and knowledge exchange for international and regional experts and practitioners.
