6th IWA Conference on Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse for Sustainability in Antwerp (Belgium)

This conference will cover more than 20 themes concerning reclamation and reuse of municipal and industrial wastewater.

Oct 09, 2007 - Oct 12, 2007
Target groups: technicians, engineers
Category: Conference
The themes are grouped into three main tracks:
  • Rationale for sustainable water reuse
  • Advances in water reclamation techniques
  • Implementation and operation of water reuse schemes

Each conference day will highlight the three tracks from a different angle.

This way we hope to serve the reuse community and stakeholders in their needs to share experiences about sustainable reuse of municipal and industrial wastewater and discuss the latest developments.

The conference will be held in the historic centre of Antwerp, famous for diamonds, fashion, gastronomy and of course the water city of Rubens. For centuries, Antwerp has been a very important meeting place in Western Europe with visitors enchanted by its cultural heritage and beauty.
