The content which is provided on the UNITRACC-platform is for your personal information. Commercial use of the editorial articles, pictures and graphics without the UNITRACC administrator´s agreement is forbidden. We assume no liability for the contents of external links.
If you have registered and signed up for the forums then you will receive the authorization to write in these forums. By posting your text / article you grant UNITRACC a basic right of use for the contents written by you. A payment for any kind of content, generated by users, is consequently excluded. This also applies to articles, training courses and course topics, which are generated and published in UNITRACC by the customer editorial system.
We also explicitly refer to our liability notes, which are part of this platform.
Data protection and privacy
We are pleased to welcome you on the UNITRACC platform and also pleased about your interest in our online offers. We always strive to ensure a high security standard concerning your data. The handling of your data is based on the relevant legal terms.
The necessary user-, stock- and connection-data - concerning the platform - is analysed, saved and processed. This also applies within the UNITRACC partner network. The data includes information about the page requested, the name of the requested file, the date, time and duration of the request. Furthermore, the transferred data amount and the access status (e.g. File transferred, File not found) are processed. This stored data is solely used and analysed for statistical purposes and is not forwarded to a third party.
In detail the following data is affected:
- Master data for the use of the platform (name, forename, email address)
- Module movements
- Variable data
- Self-generated data, such as notes and business data, the participation in chats and forums, etc.
- The data, which is entered during the online-booking, is saved until your participation request is edited and also until the training course has been completed. If a participation does not take place, this is treated accordingly. After your participation the whole data and information is protected and deleted, based on the legal terms.
Individual-related data and information (e.g. name, address or email-address) is only requested, processed and used as far as legally possible and with the user's acceptance. User-, stock- and payment-data can be requested, processed and used within the legal terms and without user´s consent. An evaluation of the data is not carried out - the statistical and anonymous analysis is the only exception. Without the user´s consent no individual-related data is transferred to a third party, unless we are obligated to forward the information (e.g. law enforcement agency).
Chats and forums
Chats and forum are only intended for the professional discussion and exchange of information. Some articles or commentaries should be marked with the author's name and date. The copyright terms have to be maintained. The user is liable, without limitation, for illegal or wrong material - concerning the content. Material is also illegitimate, if for example it was published while offending copyrights, competition law, originator rights and data protection criteria. This especially applies to content which - according to German and International law - is not allowed to be spread or published and where aiding this is persecuted.
