Services
Compared to the anonymous, not registered user, you receive complete access to the areas Current News (News, Articles, Calendar, etc.) and also to the marketplace (Yellow Pages, job exchange, etc.) by booking the free STANDARD-Package.
The PREMIUM-Package includes all information and services, which UNITRACC offer in the area information and working. In addition to the area information and working you also receive access to some service offers in the area learning (basis lectures and the media gallery). Look around in the media gallery with many 3D-graphics, animations, videos, virtual construction sites and simulations.
As a user of one of our packages you can additionally book any amount of individual courses in the tutor version. Prices for the courses vary depending on the course complexity. As from the STARTER-Package you also receive a discount concerning the course fee.

Booking / Contraction duration
The above mentioned packages can be booked with a contract duration of 12 months.
When you have booked a package you will receive an account (user name and password), with which you can access the complete information- and function-range of the package from any PC with internet access. The booked accounts are personal account for every single customer, this means that you cannot log-in using two PC´s or browsers at the same time.
If the package is booked for more then one year we offer a discount.
- 2 years 5% discount: 35,63 €/Monat
- 3 years 10% discount: 33,75 €/Monat
- 4 years 15% discount: 31,88 €/Monat
- 5 years 20% discount: 30,00 €/Monat
The contractual relationship begins from the next month (from booking date) and ends at the earliest after the contract duration of 12 months. The notice of cancellation is possible at the earliest at the end of the first contract duration. The contractual relationship can be cancelled at any time with a cancellation period of one month at the end of the contract duration. The notice of cancellation has to be in written form and becomes effective with the entry of the cancellation declaration. If the notice of cancellation is not sent in due time, then the contractual relationship is extended by a further contract duration (12 months).
The service fees have to be paid in advance for the complete contract duration and are due 3 working days after the contract duration has started strictly net at the latest.

2 The tutor version includes the tutorial support and service and a certificate on the successful participation.
