Contract duration, charging and notice of cancellation for fee-based packages
The prices given are net prices in €/month plus VAT.
Depending on the chosen contract duration, the amount due is invoiced in advance. The contract duration starts in the calendar month following the date of booking the package. The calendar month the package was booked is not invoiced.
The contract can be cancelled at the end of the first contract duration at the earliest. A letter of cancellation has to be send to Knowledge-Factory GmbH, Konrad-Zuse-Str. 6, 44801 Bochum, Germany at least one month before the contract duration expires (date of the postmark). If the contract is not cancelled in due time, the contract is renewed for an additional contract duration.
